Season: autumn, winter, early spring.

Ingredients for 4 people
1 Medium size Roman cauliflower
1 leek
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of Fruit Masala Virya®
1 teaspoon of Trikatu Virya®
Rock salt to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Preparation
Wither the finely chopped leek and garlic in little water. Carefully wash the cauliflower, cut the leaves in small pieces and pour into the pan with the dried leek. Halfway the cooking, add the florets of the cauliflower cut by following the ramifications. Try to cut the same size so that they are cooked homogeneously. Add Fruit Masala Virya®, Trikatu Virya®, salt, extra virgin olive oil. Cook at moderate heat.
