Pasta Frolla

Ingredients:
300 g flour (spelt or kamut or wheat)
130 g ghee (clarified butter)
150 g finely ground brown sugar
2 egg yolks
lemon zest (scraping of an organic lemon)
1 pinch of salt
½ teaspoon of Fruit Masala Virya® powder

Method:
Make a mountain of the flour on a pastry board, and put sugar, ghee, yolks, lemon zest, a pinch of salt and the Fruit Masala Virya®.
Knead promptly without adding water.
Knead the dough into a ball and let it rest covered in the fridge for half an hour, then use it for the various preparations.
