seitan con patateSeason: all

Ingredients – Serves 2
150 g fresh natural seitan
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
3 potatoes
½ teaspoon of Appeto Virya®
1 teaspoon of ginger powder
1 teaspoon of Herbes de Provence
rock salt to taste
extra virgin olive oil to taste

Method
Finely chop the onion and garlic and add to a non-stick frying pan to simmer with a little water. Finely cut the seitan, as if they were scallops and place them together with the simmer of onion and garlic. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices and add to the pan, with the Appeto Virya®, ginger, the Herbes de Provence, the rock salt and, once cooked to order, add the extra virgin olive oil. Cook and, if necessary, add a little water. Serve hot.
