Ingredients
400 g of white spelt flour
100 g of cane/brown sugar in powder
1 tablespoon of dry white wine or brandy
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
300 g of wildflower honey
1 teaspoon of Fruit Masala Virya®
1 teaspoon of ginger powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Method
Place the flour on a pastry board, add the sugar, eggs, wine, oil, Fruit Virya® masala, ginger and the baking powder. Knead the ingredients until you get a smooth dough. Leave to rest for 10 minutes and then divide it into many small pieces of 1cm giving them a spherical shape. Place the pieces on a baking tray covered with baking paper previously made wet and squeezed. Cook in the oven at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes.
If you like you can roll the struffoli in honey, diluted with a little water before putting them on a serving plate.
