Ingredients – 8 servings
1 litre of whole milk
4 eggs
8 tablespoonful of sugar
6 heaping tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of Milk Masala Virya®
1 lemon zest
1 dose of vanilla powder
2 tablespoons Marsala

Method
Break the eggs into a pan with double bottom (using whole eggs), pour sugar on the eggs, and beat them until fluffy and whitish. Then add a tablespoon at a time of sieved flour and stir in order to mix well to avoid lumps. Gradually add the milk and continue to beat the mixture to dilute the egg-sugar-flour mix. Add Milk Masala Virya®, vanilla and lemon zest. Place the pan on the fire, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, and continue boiling for about 10 minutes. Pour the cream into a bowl where you put the Marsala on the bottom. Allow cooling and serving, if you like, accompanying it with biscuits.
