Seasons: Summer

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons of peppermint leaves;
½ liter of water;
½ liter of organic apple juice;
1 teaspoon of clove powder;
4 or 5 fresh mint leaves.
Method:
Bring water to a boil. Put 2 teaspoons of peppermint leaves in a teapot and pour the boiling water, leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
Strain and pour the mint infusion into a jug, add the apple juice, the teaspoon of clove powder and the fresh mint leaves. Mix well and serve hot or at room temperature.
