Many people suffered from a bellyache in their lives, but women will suffer most, because apart from the bellyache caused by colitis or indigestion, they suffer from that related to menstruation, called dysmenorrhea.
It is a pain that can occur in women of childbearing age, from young girls to women who are wives and mothers. In Ayurveda this disorder results from an excess of air (Vata Dosha) in the pelvis, stimulated by an imbalance of energy that affects the hormonal balance (Pitta Dosha Fire). In these cases an unbalanced diet can aggravate the situation, as well as the presence of constipation, smoking and stress.
We therefore recommend paying attention to your diet by eating foods that are easier to digest. A good digestion does not create toxins, that causes tissue inflammation and block the Srotas (Channels).
Our recipes can be used as a guide to start using spices that are a great help to stimulate digestion.
Alongside a balanced diet we propose the Ayurvedic preparations: Graham Virya®, which helps to eliminate spasms; Pushpan Virya® adjuvant hormonal balance; Rikhiya Virya®, refreshing for the intestine, invigorating and anti-stress.
