Ingredients Serves 4

500 g chard leaves
6 tablespoons of green soybean sprouts
1 white onion
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of trikatu Virya®
1 teaspoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
½ teaspoon of allspice powder
rock salt to taste
extra virgin olive oil

Method
Finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger, add to a pan to simmer in little water. Cut the white stems of the chard in strips of 2cm and add to the onion and garlic mix. Cut the green leaves and add them as well together with the thyme, trikatu Virya®, coriander, allspice, salt. When cooked, add the sprouts and the oil, cook for 1 or 2 minutes, serve.
