Season: Autumn, Winter

Ingredients for 4 people:
150 g of black cabbage
150 g yellow squash
150 g ‘maltagliati’ type pasta of spelt flour
1 potato
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of purified Asafoetida
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 teaspoon of Appeto Virya®
1 teaspoon Trikatu Virya®
1 teaspoon of thyme
Rock salt to taste
extra virgin olive oil or ghee (clarified butter)

Preparation:
Take a tall saucepan with a little water and let the finely chopped onion and garlic wither, then add 1 liter of water, the cut black cabbage leaves,  the cleaned parts of the hardwood stalks, the peeled yellow squash cut in cubes, the peeled potato and also cut into cubes, the asafoetidae, the nutmeg, Appeto Virya®, Trikatu Virya®, thyme, salt and extra virgin olive oil or ghee. At half cooking time add the pasta and continue to cook  in according to the indications on the package.
