seitan-con-sedano-rapa

Season: autumn, winter

Ingredients (Serves 2)
130g natural seitan

1 small celeriac

1 onion

1 clove of garlic

1 teaspoon of Appeto Virya®

1 teaspoon of Trikatu Virya®

1 teaspoon of marjoram

1 teaspoon of thyme

½ teaspoon of ginger powder

Rock salt to taste

Extra virgin olive oil to taste

 

Method

Finely chop the onion and garlic and add to a pan with a little water. Let it simmer. Cut good quality seitan and the celeriac into small strips and add to the pan. Add Appeto Virya®, trikatu Virya®, marjoram, thyme, ginger, salt and, if necessary, a bit of water to allow you to cook the celeriac well. When cooked, season with the oil to taste. Serve hot.
